Beginner 2

In Beginner 2 level gymnastics, participants continue to refine their skills across all events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Coaches focus on building upon the foundational techniques learned in beginner classes, introducing more complex skills and combinations appropriate for the intermediate level. Athletes work on improving their strength, flexibility, and coordination through targeted drills and conditioning exercises specific to each event.
